FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The content that occurs in each therapy session is unique and caters to each client and their specific goals. Most sessions last around fifty minutes and we utilize the time by identifying current stressors and how they relate to both short term and long term goals. Clients help set goals in the Intake session and periodically throughout treatment. We always keep these in mind during sessions by incorporating psychoeducational components, therapeutic interventions, or processing current struggles. Most clients typically schedule weekly sessions. I recommend therapy at least once a week in order to stay on course.
